International Key Account Manager
Are you an experienced International Key Account Manager and are you familiar with the pharmaceutical or life science industry? Are you able to create new relationships and maintain existing customer networks? Can you easily move within all layers of a pharmaceutical or life science organization? Can you both take on the role of Sales Lead, but also switch between your commercial responsibility and the various in-depth technical and/or quality issues that may arise? Part of Topa Holding, Topa Thermal is involved in the manufacture and international marketing of thermal packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences industries. We do this by offering a complete line of already pre-qualified systems, but also by offering our customers a comprehensive range of services when it comes to tailor-made solutions. To this end, Topa Thermal has its own ISTA design and test laboratory under the name Topa Institute, to meet our customers’ needs in terms of desired product temperature and safety, and optimal loading conditions during transport, as optimally as possible. We package medicines, vaccines and other life-saving medical products for many market leaders in their field. As International Key Account Manager at Topa Thermal, you will be responsible for successfully managing and expanding existing and new relationships within the ‘Big Pharma’ customer segment.
One of your main objectives is to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within our clients' often multi-disciplinary teams. Based on your account plan and strategy, you will maintain your network within an existing group of Key Accounts and further expand this network. Based on these long-term relationships and an ever-growing international network, you will accomplish important turnover development in line with company objectives. In addition, you will actively seek new opportunities at named target customers, grow your network, and look for opportunities to expand our services. You will be actively involved in entering into and concluding supply agreements and associated audits.
As International Key Account Manager, you will occupy a key position in our sales team, and we expect you to support your colleagues to achieve the best for our customers together, based on your knowledge and experience.
Do you have demonstrable extensive experience (5+ years) in a sales or account management position in the pharmaceutical industry?
Do you have experience or strong affinity with (tertiary) packaging for and distribution of temperature-sensitive Drug Substances (DS) and Drug Products (DP)? Are you analytical, customer-oriented, able to build and maintain a strong network and are you positively critical? Then we are looking for you!

You mainly work from your own work location, or are on the road (30-50% of the time). For training and development, you will come to our main location in Voorhout. Furthermore, we offer you:
